"Supplication"
This piece was inspired by the vistas in New Mexico. The title came to me when I realized that the rock formations seemed to suggest an upturned face on one side with hands on the other. It was one of those happy accidents that was not done with intent.
Rhinoceros
Another in my "Forgotten Dreams" series. This image is loosely based on an actual work inside one of the prehistoric caves in France.
Stone Pony
The latest in my "Forgotten Dreams" series of cave paintings. The multiple legs, in estimation, were to imply the movement of the pony. It is highly textured and is done in rich ochres and charcoal.
Cave Walls
This is the largest, so far, of my "Forgotten Dreams" series of cave paintings. It is 72" x 72" x 3" and has lots of texture and movement. The spiral is a form that appears in many cave paintings all over the world.
